Apartment is clean. All about the apartment is fine except for the caretakers. Please check the manners and behavior of your caretaker's wife. And please if you dont want to get the hall a little dirty and if a little bit of noise is not allowed then do not accept tenants with kids. Seems that the caretakers problem is all about the noise and the kids playing around the hall. Then why accept tenant with kids?
